About us

We are a majority female-owned investment boutique based in London managing a single, high-conviction, Global Emerging Markets long-only equity strategy. ​​​​Variis was established in November 2022 and launched its strategy in October 2023.  ​​​​The Variis partners are Leila Kardouche, Eko Yin, Rufus Frazier and Jamie Carter. The four partners collectively own the business.
